Fraudulent e-mail and phone calls
Some Alaska USA members have recently received fraudulent e-mail messages or automated phone calls. These threaten account closure or suspension unless the member verifies their UltraBranch login or credit card number by visiting a website or calling a special phone number.
This is an attempt to steal your login information or credit card number. Remember, Alaska USA will never call or e-mail its members to request personal information.
